This is a true story of four lads
from Bechey, Serbia. In 1991, while their ex-country was
falling apart they founded a band and named it Eva
Braun Ljuba Rajic - drums Their first album was released on the very same day The Beatles released their first album, just 30 years later (Oct 30, 1992) - Eavedroppings . Six month later, in Belgrade, they held first Serbian unplugged concert. Only 200 privileged men have the joy of owning the tape of this concert. |

But... Instead of the great
pop career, they make a 3 years long pause. Finally, in
the late 1995. Pop Music was released. I would dare
to say - it is the best brit-pop album ever made(by a
non-brit band). This home page includes some sound
clips
from this album. At that time two members of Eva Braun
founded a new band - Popcycle, and played simultaneously
in both bands. After concert in the garden of Student's
Cultural Centre (july, 1996) Eva Braun definitely cell
apart. Accidentally connection that was made during (in
the late) 1996 among Goran Vasovic (guitar, vocal),
Zvonko Stojkov (guitar), and Srdjan Ljiljak (drums)
proved to be very good. Reviews on their performance were
excellent. In the meintime Dusan Sevralic yoined the
group. And ... Eva Braun comes back to the life. Goran Vasovic Their 3rd studio album Heart Core will be released in august 1998. You can hear sound clips from the Heart Core album. It is story about rediscorvering their identity and perfect example modern pop music in Yugoslavia. |
